The lining is made of high-alumina refractory bricks or silicon carbide bricks, which can withstand long-term high temperatures up to 1600°C. Compared with ordinary refractory materials, heat loss is reduced by 25%
Efficient sealing system: This kiln is equipped with an axial and radial combined sealing structure (using graphite packing or gas sealing technology), which can effectively prevent the entry of cold air and leakage of hot flue gas. Waste heat utilization: A waste heat boiler or heat exchanger can be optionally equipped to recover heat from flue gas (temperature 300-500℃) for steam generation or heating, thereby increasing the overall thermal efficiency to 75%-85%
Low pollutant emissions: Equipped with an efficient flue gas treatment system (denitration, desulfurization, and bag filter), this system can control the dust emission concentration below 10 mg/cubic meter, the nitrogen oxide (NOx) emission concentration below 50 mg/cubic meter, and the sulfur dioxide (SO2) emission concentration below 30 mg/cubic meter, meeting the standards of the European Union CE, ISO 14001, and the United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA)
